Running
4.5km in 30 minutes. Rather happy with that. My pacing was odd, so I had to walk about 0.5km (uphill) in the middle, but still made my target time. The real target is 6km in 30 minutes, and 10km in 60 minutes, still quite a bit of work to get there. But for now I'm feeling that glorious warmth in the thighs. And good gods I love the showers here, instant hot water, and a super high pressure shower rose.
